📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategic development and expansion of customer relationships • Manage and support medium-sized businesses in the area of Managed Services • Design customized IT and service concepts in close collaboration with technical consultants • Support projects from planning through to successful completion • Actively sell Managed Services and IT infrastructure solutions • Maintain existing customer relationships and strategically acquire new clients • Conduct needs analyses and prepare proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with an IT focus • Practical experience in selling IT infrastructure solutions — ideally in a B2B environment • Good knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization or IT security • Independent, structured working style with a strong customer focus • Team player with enthusiasm for shared success
