📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and their families • Conduct preliminary assessments to determine eligibility and fit for our programs • Gather and organize documentation needed by the Director of Admissions and clinical leadership • Schedule intake assessments and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless handoff • Support families by guiding them through the admissions process, including financial and insurance discussions • Provide emotional support and clear information to clients during a stressful and uncertain time • Maintain accurate records and communication using Salesforce CRM and other platforms • Attend and participate in admissions team meetings to stay aligned and informed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Friendly and empathetic demeanor with a passion for helping others • Familiarity with behavioral health or willingness to learn • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work environment • Must be 18 years or older • High School Diploma or GED required • Must successfully complete a background check (federal, state, and company-specific) • Able to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and lift up to 10 lbs
