📋 Description

• Implementation of upstream/source systems • Analysis of clients' business processes and development of solutions for an optimal financial accounting workflow • Implementation of the selected upstream systems and training clients in their use • Documentation and handover of implemented processes to the team responsible for monthly execution • Support for internal firm administration and DATEV permissions management • Execution of DATEV data transfers • Development of custom reports and management accounting analyses for clients • Client communication and project management, including implementation plans with time estimates

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or equivalent further training as an accountant • Ideally has worked both in a tax firm and in an industry/company and understands both perspectives • Extensive experience with DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, including administration and data transfers • Strong knowledge of various upstream/source systems that integrate with DATEV • Business/finance understanding of accounting logic, reporting and key performance indicators • Advanced Excel skills, including complex data preparation and manual system integrations • Experience with accounting (FiBu) or ERP tools such as Odoo, Business Central, Sage or Diamant is an advantage • Excellent German skills and good English skills
