📋 Description
• Mentor new recruiters & sources, interviews, and fills contract positions • Meet daily and weekly metrics to consistently grow the clinician network • Operate autonomously by making independent decisions to fulfill the highest production standards • Offer personalized coaching to recruiter trainees • Run productivity reports weekly for the entire team • Plan prospecting strategy for self and team
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience • Experience in inside sales or recruitment • Healthcare staffing experience • Experience with Salesforce
