📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. • Qualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries from phone, email, and web forms. • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team with a clear, smooth handoff. • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and log all activity in our CRM (HubSpot). • Track performance metrics and contribute to weekly reporting on activity and conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • 2+ years in B2B sales or lead generation, ideally in tech or services. • Consistent record of meeting/exceeding lead targets and KPIs. • Excellent verbal and written English communication. • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Amplemarket, etc.). • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable - able to manage priorities effectively in a remote setting. • Familiarity with consumer data, background screening, or HR tech is a plus. • Experience working with U.S.-based companies is strongly preferred.
