📋 Description

• Support the Product Owner in backlog management (creation, writing and refinement of user stories) • Track the status of deliveries, identifying blockers and risks • Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review and retrospective), recording decisions • Elicit and document requirements with stakeholders (customer service, sales, marketing and operations) • Keep product documentation up to date (flows, acceptance criteria and business rules) • Monitor product metrics and support report generation • Validate development deliveries together with the Product Owner (PO) before release

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with backlog management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello or similar) • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) • Strong writing skills for user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Excel • Ability to read and interpret data (spreadsheets and dashboards) • Understanding of user journeys and digital product flows
