📋 Description

• Support the product expansion plan by conducting analyses and experiments to validate hypotheses, with a critical focus on optimizing the B2B customer journey, increasing conversion, and continuously evolving the value proposition; • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); • Develop dashboards and presentations for communication within and outside the directorate; • Lead activation initiatives and performance improvement actions in partnership with segment leaders and the sales team; • Create and implement branch engagement action plans; • Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose solutions and improvements to the customer experience; • Monitor market trends, map competitors and run competitive tests; • Validate ideas, capture learnings and develop competitive differentiators; • Support the development of the product evolution roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience managing performance indicators and preparing executive-level presentations; • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders; • Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking; • Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI; • Product management knowledge/experience is a plus.
