📋 Description

• Communication and Negotiation: Engage with clients, handle challenging inquiries, and negotiate service agreements directly. • Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform decisions, and provide specialized legal counsel through well-founded legal opinions. • Representation and Advocacy: Act as the firm's representative in highly complex legal proceedings and safeguard its interests. • Innovation and Leadership: Innovate and pursue smart solutions to meet diverse legal needs, with the opportunity to assume a leadership role within the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Law, evidenced by legal practice, academic research, publications, or an academic career. • Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Portuguese. • Genuine passion for handling complex legal issues within digital law. • Collaborative attitude and ability to effectively lead complex legal projects. • Innovative mindset and adaptability to address diverse legal challenges.
