📋 Description

• Lead the technical development of digital platform projects, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability • Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting architecture decisions and best practices • Work closely with the product, design, and business teams to align solutions with strategic objectives • Manage and prioritize the team’s technical and operational demands • Actively participate in defining the technical roadmap and evolving the technology stack • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of 3+ years in software development and digital platforms • Solid knowledge of modern languages and frameworks, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js • Familiarity with microservices architecture, REST APIs, GraphQL, relational and non-relational databases • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban • Previous experience leading technical teams and/or technology projects • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Knowledge of version control best practices, automated testing, and continuous integration • Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Preferred: knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) • Preferred: active participation in technical communities or open-source projects • Preferred: experience with high-traffic, high-user-volume platforms
