• 8+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation • At least 4 years of direct experience in short- and long-term incentive plan administration • At least 5 years in progressive leadership roles • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation • Experience in a publicly traded company • Familiarity with equity-administration platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Solium/Shareworks, Carta) • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex modeling) • Strong written and verbal communication skills
