📋 Description

• Own deal strategy for complex opportunities by advising Sales on pricing, packaging, contract terms, and negotiation strategy—especially for enterprise and non-standard deals • Drive deal execution end-to-end by reviewing and approving non-standard transactions within SLA while ensuring all approvals are obtained and aligned with revenue recognition, legal, and operational policies • Act as the connective tissue across teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, RevOps, Accounting) to align on deal structure, mitigate risk, and remove blockers quickly • Partner on non-standard deal structures to balance business impact with compliance, including revenue recognition and contractual considerations • Identify and scale better ways of working by improving the Quote to Order process, leveraging AI tools, codifying best practices, and enabling the Sales team to move faster and smarter

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar deal strategy role in a SaaS or subscription-based business • Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations • Experience partnering with Legal and Finance on non-standard terms and approvals • Proficiency with Salesforce (CPQ experience strongly preferred) and comfort working with data and complex deal scenarios • Familiarity with channel selling model and transacting through cloud marketplaces
