📋 Description

• Own the architecture and domain model for core platform areas, including transactions, portfolios, and money movement • Make foundational technical decisions and remain accountable for them • Write production code across the stack and lead by building • Set engineering standards for testing, review, observability, and shipping • Break down ambiguous problems into executable work and unblock team members • Mentor engineers and raise the level of the team • Partner directly with product and leadership on what to build and why

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building production software and a track record of staff-level impact • Product-and-systems thinking with full-stack mindset and user-facing product experience • Technical leadership through setting direction, standards, and mentoring • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort handling ambiguity and owning outcomes • Experience with React and TypeScript/Node.js or JVM (Java/Kotlin) • Strong PostgreSQL and data-modeling skills • High autonomy and startup experience • Excellent communication of technical trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders • Depth in financial-systems correctness, including ledgers, settlement, reconciliation, and idempotency • Private-markets, investment-platform, or securities domain experience • Experience as an early engineer at a startup that scaled
