• Lead the organization’s marketing efforts combining strategy, execution, technology, and storytelling • Build, test, optimize, and send email campaigns for all AMS products and offerings • Leverage segmentation, automation, personalization, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion • Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, lead nurturing campaigns • Maintain CRM data integrity and audience segmentation strategies • Help develop scalable marketing operations processes, templates, and campaign workflows • Manage campaign tracking, reporting, and marketing analytics • Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, creation of creative assets, approvals, and deliverables across teams • Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, email, social, and event marketing materials • Collaborate on the development and execution of social media and content strategies
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, communications, and campaign management • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including marketing automation, workflows, email marketing, reporting, segmentation, and CRM management • Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Experience with email marketing strategy, automation, and analytics • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working collaboratively across departments and with external vendors or partners • Experience working in a nonprofit, education, membership association, or mission-driven organization • Interest in the Montessori community
