• Partner with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and project managers to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements to balance workload and priorities. • Analyze and administer the IT time‑tracking system. • Monitor IT resource utilization to assess workload balance. • Develop and maintain resource utilization dashboards. • Produce and distribute weekly IT utilization reports. • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting on IT labor hours. • Support IT intake and pipeline management processes. • Develop and present reports, proposals, and presentations to support leadership decision‑making.
• 0-2 years of resource management experience in an enterprise environment required • 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university • Experience in project management or workflow planning a plus • Experience in utilizing business intelligence tools a plus
