• Drive aggressive scaling of Amazon advertising for a rapidly growing personal care, health, and beauty company • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to scale Amazon advertising revenue • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns and bidding strategies • Utilize XNurta PPC software for campaign optimization and Helium 10 for keyword research and tracking • Monitor keyword indexing and ranking, develop keyword expansion for new product launches • Track and analyze key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and generate performance reports • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability targets • Test new campaign types, targeting methods, and creative approaches • Coordinate with founder and a Colombia-based team and with inventory/operations to support advertising growth
• 3+ years expert-level Amazon PPC management experience with proven scaling results • Full expert in Amazon PPC management and SEO (not a beginner role) • Proficiency managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns • Experience with bidding strategies and campaign optimization techniques • Experience with XNurta PPC software and Helium 10 • Ability to track and analyze ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and keyword performance • Keyword research and keyword expansion strategies expertise • Competitor analysis and market research skills • Experience coordinating with inventory and operations teams • Optional: Experience in health, beauty, or personal care product categories • Must be able to work 10pm-7am Manila (Night Shift), Monday to Friday
