📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our Netskope security platform. • Ensure services run smoothly and meet performance and security standards. • Respond to and resolve issues quickly to minimize impact on employees. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes. • Document procedures and share knowledge with support teams. • Participate in change management and help implement new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT security or network engineering. • Experience with Netskope is highly preferred. • Strong background in managing security platforms and troubleshooting issues. • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling critical incidents. • Familiarity with cloud security technologies and zero trust principles. • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams. • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or cloud security are a plus.
