📋 Description

• Drive exceptional customer service experience and improve customer satisfaction • Maximize customer retention and increase profitability • Travel (up to 100%) through airports in the United States • Diagnose errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions • Document and produce timely and detailed service reports • Build positive relationships and respond to customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in troubleshooting and repair • Ability to plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance independently in the field • Innovative, quick to learn and adapt to new technology and demonstrated experience with electronics, repair and maintenance, and electromechanical systems • Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and credit check • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential physical functions of the job • Must obtain and maintain an Airport ID Badge in compliance with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations • Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation • Due to contractual obligations, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (green card) is required for this position.
