📋 Description

• Designing and shipping features that define how humans and AI collaborate to do research. • Talking to users, translating these conversations into product features, improvements and fixes. • Working closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and rapid iteration. • Owning aspects of our visual identity across product, marketing, socials and brand. • Maintaining design systems, documentation practices and workflows that help the team build visually consistent, high-quality features quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve spent at least 2+ years shipping complex but beautiful features to real users. • You live and breathe pixels with excellent taste for well-crafted interaction design and UI details. • You have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight.
