📋 Description

• Turn marketing ideas, requests, campaigns, sales needs and brand requirements into an AI-enabled production engine • Create finished assets for paid media, organic social, email, websites, sales enablement, presentations, video and other formats • Produce strong first versions from loose requests without requiring a complete creative brief • Design repeatable AI-assisted workflows for paid media concepts, campaign briefs, copy variations, social and email creative, video, presentations, case studies, thought leadership, landing pages, content repurposing, brand QA, research and creative inspiration • Codify brand systems into prompt libraries, style references, trained models, templates, component libraries and other reusable resources • Evaluate, test, adopt or reject new creative and AI tools and document the reasoning • Perform quality control on every asset, including composition, typography, anatomy, brand fit and creative polish • Identify and scale winning concepts, quickly discontinue losing concepts and explain creative performance • Build reusable workflows that reduce time per asset and accelerate future requests • Maintain sustained weekly output of useful, on-brand static, video and presentation assets • Fulfill sales deck requests within the same day to 48 hours and deliver ad variant sets in days rather than weeks • Produce a consistent monthly cadence of finished video and motion assets • Increase high-quality marketing output and business impact without increasing human effort • Collaborate asynchronously within a remote-native marketing organization

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in design, brand, creative production or performance marketing • Experience ideally in-house at a fast-moving company • Agency experience is a plus • A trained eye and strong creative judgment • Understanding of audiences, offers, messaging, hooks, objectives, placements, desired behavior, positioning, funnel stages and performance creative • Demonstrated AI-native production portfolio with a meaningful share of work produced using generative tools • Ability to explain prompts, references, model choices, post-production and failures • Fluency with or ability to quickly learn image generation and editing tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana/Gemini, Flux and Photoshop Generative • Fluency with or ability to quickly learn video and motion tools such as Veo, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, After Effects and CapCut/Descript • Familiarity with ElevenLabs, Figma, Google Slides, Gamma, Kive or similar, Claude and ChatGPT • Systems thinking and experience maintaining a brand at scale • Ability to turn repeated requests into reusable workflows • Ability to work quickly under ambiguity and make reasonable assumptions • Ongoing curiosity about new AI and creative tools • Strong written English • Reliable internet connection • Hardware capable of running video work • Minimum four hours of daily overlap with US Central time • Remote-native working habits • Ability to work independently with short asynchronous requests
