📋 Description

• Build new backend services and APIs using C# and .NET • Design and architect scalable system components, data models, and API contracts • Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment • Build cloud-first infrastructure with containerization and orchestration • Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability • Build feature-rich, responsive web interfaces using React + TypeScript • Integrate frontend and backend systems end-to-end • Translate user needs into practical solutions using a product-first mindset • Act like an owner - we are building a quality system from the ground-up • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical scoping • Surface issues early and loudly - propose solutions, and help improve the final product

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in software development/engineering • Strong backend development experience (C#, .NET preferred or Java) • Working knowledge of frontend development in React and TypeScript • Experience building and maintaining production web applications. • Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, component design) • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level or higher). • Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving startup environments • Bachelor Degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred) • Preferred Backgrounds: • Computer Science, Software Engineering (degree or equivalent experience). • Experience in SaaS, startups, or product-led engineering teams. • Portfolio demonstrating shipped front-end and back-end features. • Familiarity with cloud services, CI/CD, or testing frameworks. • Completed advanced coursework in algorithms, systems, or software architecture.
