📋 Description
• Manage on-call schedules for employees and ensure proper coverage • Coordinate emergency responses and escalate issues as needed • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other relevant parties • Document incidents and resolutions for future reference • Provide support and guidance to on-call staff during critical situations
