• Lead the design of complex, multi-sided marketplace flows • Act as a peer to Product and Engineering teams • Oversee the evolution of our component library • Use qualitative and quantitative data for innovation • Elevate the design team's output through mentorship and reviews • Lead design sprints and mentor team members
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in Product Design • Expert-level Figma skills • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace products • Professional-grade proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS (or Tailwind) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 3+ years in a marketplace, platform, or multi-sided network business model • 2+ years managing or mentoring direct reports
