📋 Description
• Process and integrate customer data • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulatory agencies • Discuss and sell various services to clients • Provide written and oral instructions to direct reports • Prepare important documents for import customs clearance • Manage aging/unresolved audits • Resolve customer concerns and problems regarding billing and tracking shipments • Perform routine and periodic Relationship Reviews
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma/GED • 3+ years of recent customs brokerage experience • Certified Customs Specialist (preferred) • Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
