📋 Description

• You collect, analyze and articulate business requirements for mobile applications (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS) and a web-based admin panel. • You create functional and technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. • You model business processes and user flows (BPMN, UML). • You document integrations and system architecture requirements (mobile apps, admin panel, APIs, microservices, databases). • You work closely with development teams, QA, DevOps and architecture teams. • You manage the product backlog and participate in release planning and roadmap definition. • You prepare regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR and PSD2. • You analyze risks, metrics and implementation quality and participate in testing and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst. • Experience in FinTech / Banking / E‑commerce / Healthcare. • Experience integrating banking and third‑party systems (SWIFT, ERP and similar platforms). • Practical experience with microservice architectures, API‑first approaches, and REST / gRPC / event‑driven systems. • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Skills in business process modeling and documentation: BPMN, UML, BRD / FSD / SRS and user stories. • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Agile / Scrum / Kanban. • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma and Excel. • Understanding of DevOps processes and infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD. • Strong analytical and communication skills, systemic thinking and attention to security and regulatory requirements. • English proficiency – Upper‑Intermediate level or higher. • German proficiency – Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.
