📋 Description

• ANDRITZ Metals USA is seeking a National Sales Director – Mill Aftermarket • Lead sales and customer development across North America's steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metal mills • Responsible for hiring, developing, and managing a team of Regional Sales Managers • Drive revenue growth across spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, maintenance services, and strategic service agreements • Promote ANDRITZ as the preferred aftermarket partner for plant reliability and performance • Manage key account relationships with strategic mill accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of industrial sales experience • 5+ years leading sales teams • Experience working with metal-producing mills (steel, aluminum, or non-ferrous) • Proven success selling aftermarket solutions such as spare parts, retrofits, rebuilds, or service contracts • Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning capabilities • Experience with key account management and enterprise-level selling • Data-driven and CRM-proficient; strong reporting and forecasting abilities • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)
