📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact to build new and long-term relationships with customers. • Continually look for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients' objectives and goals. • Ability to drive client retention and satisfaction throughout the territory. • Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams. • Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company’s CRM system. • Represent all product lines assigned on each mill visit. • Responsible for the territory forecasts, budgets and cost controls. • Develop and adhere to processes and workflows, as it relates to account success. • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed and assist with implementing these processes.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Science) with 3-5 years’ experience in Pulp and Paper, or combination of education and work experience, preferred. • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • CRM system experience, a plus. • Sales experience and established relationships with the customers in the region is preferred. • Knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required. • Must be self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities with minimal supervision. • Willingness to travel - 80% of time will be spent in the field.
