📋 Description

• Leading projects in the automotive and digitalization domain. • Coordinating interdisciplinary teams with a focus on quality, efficiency and accountability for results. • Building state-of-the-art expertise and developing relevant topic areas. • Delivering presentations and facilitating workshops. • Developing practical solution approaches and performing data-driven analyses. • Mentoring and developing project team members and building high-performing talent. • Actively driving business development and project acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (e.g., business, computer science, or a related field). • Several years of relevant professional experience in management or strategy consulting. • Bachelor's degree: minimum 4–5 years of professional experience. • Master's degree: minimum 3–4 years of professional experience. • Strong project experience within consulting, including participation in business development activities. • Experience structuring complex tasks and problem statements. • Fluent German and English language skills. • Willingness to travel to client sites (several times per week).
