📋 Description

• Coordinate and support projects in BIM management, digital data processes, and AI-driven workflows at the interface between our clients and our development team. • Analyze, structure, and optimize building data across the entire lifecycle. • Support the implementation and further development of digital validation processes, automated workflows, and AI applications. • Become familiar with standards, guidelines, and BIM standards. • Coordinate with development teams on functional requirements, data flows, and AI solutions. • Prepare technical documentation, guidelines, and project reports. • Perform technical testing and validation of software and AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Civil Engineering, Building Informatics, Digital Construction, Computer-Aided Modeling and Simulation, BIM, or a related field. • Interest in BIM-based building management, digital data processes, and AI-driven applications. • Analytical, structured, and precise working style. • Responsible, independent, and communicative personality who enjoys working in project teams with clients. • Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage. • No extensive professional experience required; some internships should have been completed — motivation, structured work and your personal fit are decisive for us.
