📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate projects to implement our campus management software academyFIVE for new clients, as well as system enhancements • Develop project governance and planning in close coordination with your clients and take overall responsibility for successful project delivery • Ensure project success through proactive risk analyses, active change management, and structured project monitoring and control • Keep schedules, budgets, and resources in view and take responsibility for monthly project billing • Coordinate and facilitate trainings and workshops — both on-site and online • Support our clients together with our software experts in mapping requirements within academyFIVE • Manage cross-functional tasks, resolve open issues, and ensure transparency throughout the project

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a software environment • Strong affinity for IT topics and a quick grasp of technical contexts • Excellent planning and organizational skills, determination, and assertiveness • Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style • Confident presence with a sense of humor and team spirit • Ability to remain calm under pressure and keep sight of the big picture • Open and friendly personality with the ability to think beyond immediate tasks and contribute new ideas • Confident and clear communication skills in German and English
