📋 Description

• As a Facility Manager, you ensure that our buildings and technical systems operate smoothly — applying hands-on skills, technical understanding, and an eye for quality. You will encounter a varied range of duties with a high degree of personal responsibility. • Operational maintenance: Performing minor repairs as well as maintenance and refurbishment work in the areas of electrical, sanitary, building envelope, and interior fittings. • Technical building management: Monitoring and servicing building technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, security systems), including fault management and documentation. • Contractor management: Commissioning, coordinating, and quality-checking external trades, maintenance, and cleaning contractors. • Site supervision: Regular inspections, visual checks, and ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and functionality of our facilities. • Fault & defect management: Receiving, prioritizing, and tracking faults and defects until they are resolved sustainably. • Maintenance & testing coordination: Planning and overseeing recurring maintenance, inspections, and operator responsibilities. • Project support: Assisting with conversions, renovations, and modernization measures. • Safety & compliance: Supporting fire protection, occupational safety, and traffic safety matters. • Documentation & reporting: Maintaining maintenance schedules, test protocols, and FM-relevant overviews (e.g., CAFM).

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., electrician, HVAC/plumbing technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), carpenter, painter/varnisher, or equivalent). • Several years of professional experience in technical or infrastructure facility management. • Broad practical trade skills and enthusiasm for hands-on work. • Technical understanding of building systems and how they operate. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Strong communication skills and reliability when interacting with internal departments and external service providers. • Basic knowledge of common IT systems (e.g., CAFM, MS Office).
