• Verantwortung für ein eigenes Portfolio mit 20–30 Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (500+ Einheiten) • Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für dein Portfolio • Steuerung deines Squads (Accounting & Service) für maximale Effizienz im Tagesgeschäft • Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen mit Überblick, Klarheit und Haltung • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse in deinem Verantwortungsbereich – digital, schlank, wirkungsvoll
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung, idealerweise mit größeren oder komplexen (Wohnungseigentümer-) Gemeinschaften • Unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, wirtschaftlich wie strategisch zu steuern • Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du brauchst keinen Mikromanager
