• IT application management – ERP: Technical support for the migration project to roll out a standardized, group-wide ERP/operations system (data import from legacy systems, access rights, server login and authentication, updates) • IT application management: Technical support for software systems across the entire product lifecycle, including application operation in the data center, maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting, and access rights administration/granting • IT infrastructure management: Operation and monitoring of core IT systems such as hardware and software, networks, and security systems, with a focus on migrating heterogeneous, decentralized systems into a centralized data center • IT service management: Planning, delivery, and administration of customer- and process-oriented IT support/services for incidents, problems, changes, requests, and helpdesk
• Degree in (business) computer science/informatics or comparable qualifications/experience • Several years of experience in IT management of infrastructure, applications, and services, ideally within heterogeneous and decentralized organizational structures • Experience with Microsoft server and client architectures/applications • Technical knowledge related to data centers, server architectures, firewalls, and networking • Hands-on mentality, self-initiative, and a demonstrably structured way of working • Passion for and a proven track record in change management and digital transformation • Experience with IT organizations in healthcare companies (hospitals, elderly care, physicians) and with corresponding operational software systems (MEDIFOX, connextVivendi) is an advantage
