📋 Description

• Preparation of service charge statements (utility/operating cost settlements) • Tenant correspondence • Preparation and administration of rental contracts • Ensuring maintenance of master data • Planning allocation of employee/staff apartments • Invoice verification and approval • Implementation of rent increases • Preparation of target vs. actual comparisons (budget vs. actual) • Management of leasehold rights • Participation in owners' meetings and coordination of external property managers • Communication with external service providers and authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on real estate • Several years of professional experience in residential asset management • Solid knowledge of German tenancy law (rent increases, termination law, apportionment of service charges) • Confident use of relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, property management software) • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability • Analytical thinking and strategic orientation • Team player with an independent, responsible working style
