📋 Description

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical building systems • Evaluate and optimize maintenance measures • Budget responsibility • Maintain site documentation and manage subcontractors • Serve as the point of contact for our clients • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to your team • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, technical standards, and occupational health and safety

🎯 Requirements

• Effective daily organization combined with flexibility • Service- and solution-oriented mindset • Respectful and development-focused leadership of employees • Proficient in MS Office • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1) • Driver's license class B (car) • Professional background: technical vocational training (e.g., HVAC/plumbing technician or electrical technician) OR a completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations, Energy, Building, Electrical, or Supply Engineering • Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience
