Barmherzige Schwestern is a Catholic religious congregation (the Congregation of the Sisters of Mercy of St. Vincent de Paul) based at the motherhouse in Augsburg. The community lives a faith-centered communal life focused on prayer, spiritual accompaniment, and service: they run worship services and events, offer retreats and short-term monastery stays, provide spiritual guidance and vocational support, and engage in charitable outreach and community support for people in need. The congregation also maintains fellowship groups, courses, and public information about their history and vocation.

📋 Description

• Develop a maintenance and repair plan for the entire residential portfolio • Annually update the maintenance and repair plan for residential and special-purpose properties • Coordinate and commission ongoing service activities • Plan, commission and carry out final acceptance of all construction, maintenance and repair measures in the residential portfolio • Support technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals • Plan and conduct apartment handovers

🎯 Requirements

• You have a technical qualification or a degree in civil engineering or architecture. • You have several years of experience in project development and/or technical asset management or property management. • You are goal-oriented, results- and quality-focused, and consider yourself a problem-solver who enjoys addressing complex challenges. • A high level of responsibility, commitment, drive and team spirit distinguishes you. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a dependable and professional demeanour, complete your profile.
