📋 Description

• Responsible for building the retail structure in the Munich region • Managing stores based on KPIs • Shared responsibility with store managers for growth and sales • Coaching shop managers and structuring operational processes • Ensuring excellent service and customer loyalty

• Experience in regional management • Motivational leadership skills • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Entrepreneurial mindset • Willingness to take initiative, ability to work quickly, and a hands-on mentality • Fluent in German and English
