🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in multiple languages (with Ruby and Rust experience highly valued) • Deep experience with Kubernetes in production environments (this is non-negotiable unless you're a truly exceptional polyglot) • A track record of implementing or overhauling modern, scalable CI/CD systems • Expertise with infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, ArgoCD) • Comfort working across AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms • A product-minded engineer who can lead technical initiatives as capably as a full-stack engineer • We’re focused on forward-looking infrastructure, not legacy stack maintenance
