📋 Description

• Responsible for validating documents submitted by applicants and supporting verification and updates to data recorded in the new student enrollment/registration process. • Screen requested protocols to ensure all required information is provided to finalize processes; • Verify documents and assemble files for review; • Assist with verifying the entry of incoming students' curriculum/schedule records; • Provide support via Microsoft Teams and email to area managers, academic staff, and commercial teams of the units; • Process registrations or requested changes to applications submitted by candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in a university program. • Prior experience in administrative roles and/or contract management is desirable. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • Comfortable working with operational systems/software. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Analytical ability and attention to detail. • Good communication skills.
