📋 Description

• Develop and maintain production plans aligned with demand forecasts, production capacity and material availability. • Monitor production performance, identifying deviations, operational risks and opportunities to adjust schedules. • Conduct analyses of demand, capacity, volume and resource utilization to support short- and medium-term decision making. • Develop and maintain KPIs, reports and dashboards to support management and governance of planning processes. • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Quality and Finance to ensure business objectives are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields. • Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning or related areas. • Knowledge of ERP systems, planning tools and advanced Excel. • Experience with data analysis, performance indicators, management reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Intermediate English and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, preferably Lean Manufacturing.
