📋 Description

• Manage strategic projects and monitor their execution. • Develop commercial and marketing strategies to advance campaigns and variable compensation programs. • Prepare and monitor action plans using methodologies such as PDCA and FCA. • Develop, implement and review corporate governance policies, standards and manuals. • Support the planning and management of the corporate governance calendar (meetings, committees and results presentations). • Conduct benchmarking of governance practices and propose process improvements. • Work with a strategic outlook, integrating actions, indicators (KPIs) and initiatives focused on business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting or related fields. • Experience in corporate governance. • Ability to prepare formal documents, such as minutes, policies and manuals. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Experience with governance management tools is desirable. • Competencies: strategic vision; project management; analytical ability; planning and organization; strong written and verbal communication; proactivity; interpersonal skills; result orientation; ability to influence and drive continuous improvement.
