📋 Description

• Execute and support Accounts Payable routines, ensuring the accurate processing of financial obligations • Enter and review invoices, bills, and other financial documents • Schedule and monitor payments to suppliers, service providers, and tax authorities • Analyze banking details, payment terms, and documentation required for the release of payment items • Monitor payment approval workflows, identifying pending items and arranging necessary corrections • Perform financial reconciliations related to Accounts Payable • Assist suppliers and internal departments by clarifying questions about payments and documentation • Track due dates and deadlines, preventing delays, penalties, and interest charges • Organize and maintain physical and digital files of receipts and financial documents • Support internal and external audits by providing information and documentation • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, either in progress or completed • Experience with Accounts Payable routines • Experience reviewing invoices and financial documents • Bank reconciliation experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle Fusion is a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactivity and initiative • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Sense of urgency • Analytical skills • Commitment to deadlines and quality deliverables
