📋 Description

• Develop automation solutions to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency in the Regulatory area. • Structure, consolidate, and clean large volumes of data and documents, ensuring data reliability. • Create automated routines for data consolidation, report standardization, and academic documentation. • Develop dashboards and management indicators to monitor processes and support decision-making. • Analyze data, identify patterns, and generate insights to support strategic decisions and continuous process improvement. • Build databases that support the Regulatory Journeys and other initiatives within the area. • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and innovation in internal processes. • Collaborate with involved departments to propose technological solutions that improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Big Data, or a related field. • Advanced Excel proficiency and VBA for process automation. • Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and indicator analysis. • Knowledge of Power Automate for flow and process automation. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and automation development. • Experience in structuring, consolidating, and processing large volumes of data. • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools. • Knowledge of data visualization and development of management indicators. • Experience in process automation and continuous improvement. • Analytical ability for data interpretation, pattern identification, and insight generation to support decision-making. • Systemic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
