📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and oversee events and institutional initiatives aimed at students • Ensure events are delivered according to the plan, deadlines, and institutional guidelines • Coordinate logistical activities, including suppliers, resources, schedules, and the infrastructure required for events • Liaise with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and high-quality deliverables • Support the development of positive experiences and relationship-building journeys for students • Monitor the execution of initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring participant satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Event Management, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field • Previous experience organizing and producing events • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work with diverse audiences and manage multiple demands simultaneously • Strong interpersonal skills when working with suppliers and partner teams • Availability to work at evening events, off-site locations, and occasionally on weekends • Proactive, organized, dynamic profile with a strong focus on audience experience • Availability to travel • Higher education degree
