📋 Description

• Lead mediation sessions, deepening students’ understanding of course content and strengthening their learning • Act proactively in the virtual learning environment by addressing questions, encouraging engagement, and monitoring forum interactions • Support the lead instructor in grading written assessments, ensuring pedagogical consistency and alignment with established criteria • Participate in the student orientation program, supporting new students and leading make-up sessions for late entrants • Maintain ongoing communication with the lead instructor to align academic and pedagogical strategies • Participate in institutional training programs to continuously improve mediation practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in the field • Experience in mentoring, classroom teaching, or tutoring • A master’s or doctoral degree will be considered an advantage
