📋 Description

• Act as an internal consultant for HR leadership and business area managers, translating people-management challenges into analytical questions. • Data Roadmap: Develop and maintain the People Analytics data strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives. • Storytelling: Communicate complex findings clearly and in an actionable way to non-technical audiences, using data visualizations and compelling narratives. • Analysis and Modeling: Predictive Modeling: Develop advanced models (e.g., turnover forecasting, hiring propensity analysis, performance models) using Python. • Statistical Analysis: Conduct hypothesis tests, correlation and regression analyses to identify the main drivers of engagement and productivity. • Climate and Engagement Surveys: Lead the technical analysis of internal surveys, applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract insights from qualitative comments. • Data and Infrastructure: Data Handling: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources (HR systems, Payroll, LMS, etc.). • Databricks Ecosystem: Use Databricks to build scalable data pipelines, perform distributed processing, and manage the machine learning lifecycle (MLflow). • Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, security and compliance of people data (LGPD — Brazilian General Data Protection Law), defining quality standards and technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources Management or related fields. • Databricks: Strong experience using notebooks, cluster management, and integration with Data Lakes/Lakehouses. • Python: Proficiency with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn). • SQL: Advanced level for handling large volumes of data and performance optimization. • Data Visualization: Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or QuickSight) integrated with the data environment. • Knowledge of People Science methodologies or Psychometrics. • Experience with version control tools (Git).
