📋 Description

• Collect, process, organize, and analyze data from different sources • Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators • Automate data update and consolidation processes • Support internal stakeholders in interpreting data and identifying opportunities for improvement • Structure databases and ensure the quality and reliability of information • Prepare analytical studies, executive presentations, and strategic materials • Map business needs and propose BI and analytics solutions • Monitor operational, financial, and productivity KPIs • Support data governance and standardization initiatives • Work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • Postgraduate degree or specialization in BI, Analytics, Data Science, Data Management, or a related field is desirable • Advanced Power BI • Advanced Excel • SQL for data querying and manipulation • More than 6 months of service as an educator to be eligible for internal applications • At least 6 months since the most recent internal transfer or job move • Not currently participating in another internal recruitment process • Manager must be notified of the internal job application • Application submitted within the specified deadline
