📋 Description

• Execute international and domestic procurement processes for direct and indirect materials, equipment, parts, production consumables and services • Receive and evaluate purchase requests, verifying item descriptions and quantities and requesting corrections when necessary • Update supply terms with international suppliers or local representatives • Negotiate purchases with suppliers and more senior professionals, seeking competitive prices, quality and delivery lead times • Execute purchasing and service contracting processes in accordance with the Procurement Policy • Seek improved commercial conditions regarding service level, quality and costs • Support supplier development and sourcing activities • Define negotiation strategies and promote competitive bidding when possible • Monitor purchases from order placement through receipt by the organization • Support the Tax (Fiscal) area with document discrepancies and adjust purchasing information in the system • Assist the immediate supervisor in identifying issues and defining procedures • Monitor the closing of customs clearance and freight costs (TCO) • Enter shipment and customs clearance data and update records and tables in the system • Perform activities in accordance with technical standards, ethical standards, quality, GMP, occupational safety, environmental preservation and sustainability • Ensure hygiene, organization and cleanliness of the workstation in accordance with Pharlab's internal standards and Anvisa regulations • Perform related activities as directed by the immediate supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration or related fields • Intermediate level English • Prior experience in purchasing and import routines is desirable • Knowledge of TOTVS Protheus/EIC is desirable • Knowledge of Power BI is desirable • Familiarity with DUIMP / product catalog is desirable • Knowledge of purchasing processes • Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting • Knowledge of negotiation techniques • Knowledge of import process workflow • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
