📋 Description

• Attend to and follow up on requests received via the Sydle platform. • Create and process purchase requisitions in the Oracle system. • Perform document management activities and process invoices in the V360 system. • Monitor the tasks under your responsibility, ensuring organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines. • Maintain operational controls and records related to the area's activities. • Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies, rules, and procedures. • Work in partnership with internal departments, promoting alignment, collaboration, and continuous process improvement. • Support the identification of opportunities to optimize and standardize the routines of the Requisition Center.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical education or currently pursuing/completed higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with basic to intermediate Excel skills. • Experience with administrative processes is desirable. • Familiarity with Oracle and V360 systems is desirable. • Experience with ticketing/service management platforms such as Sydle is desirable.
