📋 Description
• First-level support via CHAT and VIDEO for undergraduate students • Handle requests from students via WhatsApp and webchat regarding basic academic and financial information • Open tickets/cases for requests that require greater complexity and time to resolve • Stay up to date on new procedures and processes relevant to your area of work • Strive for excellence in the services provided, evaluating and suggesting improvements to student support services to reduce or eliminate sources of dissatisfaction • Perform other related tasks of similar complexity as directed by the immediate supervisor • Work effectively with quality targets measured by individual and team indicators • Possible work in a multichannel environment
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Basic computer skills, including Office shortcuts and everyday device use • Customer-focused and engaged service profile • Willingness to work with targets • Stable internet connection and a workspace adapted for home office • Appropriate demeanor and willingness to turn on the camera during virtual meetings
