📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform. • Design, implement, and optimize sales pipelines, lead management processes, and automated workflows. • Maintain the integrity of CRM data by identifying and resolving duplicate records, incomplete information, and data quality issues. • Conduct regular audits of leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with best practices. • Monitor pipeline progression and identify opportunities to improve sales process adherence and CRM utilization. • Partner with Sales leadership to coach and train users on effective HubSpot usage and CRM best practices. • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to workflows, automation, reporting, and overall CRM effectiveness. • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support sales performance and operational decision-making. • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing user support. • Document CRM processes, standards, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering CRM platforms, including at least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot administration. • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, workflows, automation, pipelines, reporting, and lifecycle management. • Experience designing and optimizing lead management and sales processes. • Proven experience maintaining CRM data quality and governance. • Experience working directly with Sales teams to drive CRM adoption and user engagement. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
